In a shady corner of Beechwood Grove live a family of seven rabbits called the **Bellflower Bunnies**. The family consists of Papa Bramble, Aunt Zinnia, and their five children: Periwinkle, Poppy, Mistletoe, Dandelion and Violette.
Since 1987, the bunnies have appeared in a locally popular series of children\'s books, entitled \'\'La Famille Passiflore\'\' in its native France. The books were the brainchild of author **Geneviève Huriet** (b. 1927), who had previously written \'\'L\'oiseau à lunettes et le perroquet\'\' in 1984. I KNOW WHAT YOU\'RE THINKING...BUT THE SAME THING REALLY HAPPENS TO US EVERY YEAR!
It happens every time: on the Monday and Tuesday of the big event--the big \"jump-up\", as it were--we always stay at home, with no availible transportation and no one to bring us to see the festivities in Roseau. Me, I always try my best to revise my school notes and try to practise my math skills if I can. Yet a lot of our time is spent watching TV--especially live coverage of what\'s also known to many as Mas Domnik. This year, however, my TV time will hopefully be concentrated on movies (hope I can find a classic!).
I wonder if the Bears ever experienced the true sensation of Carnival anywhere in the Caribbean or Brazil? (Just for laughs--I\'m already a #1 fan here!)

WHAT MY WRITING FUTURE HOLDS FOR ME (ALONG WITH PLANS)
On Sunday night, I wrote a 24-line poem summing up my troubles in college this past semester, called \'\'Ode to Obsession\'\'. I am willing to publish it on this site and elsewhere as soon as it is completely revised. Yet all is fine with it so far; I have gotten it printed at the moment I am typing this.
Today, I will start to revamp what was once my next novella into a series of story poems. If all goes well, I should get an installment done every day or so.

Well...here we go again! As I am about to enter my exams period, I now type a very short introduction similar to the one I did last Christmas.
What a time and what a struggle these past 3½ months have been! At college I have not been feeling like myself, because of my fan-stemmed obsession to those fuzzy, furry bears up in the sky they call...the Care Bears.
This was, I confess, one of my favourite shows growing up as a child in the 90\'s watching the good old Disney Channel. But were it not for their new DVD film, \'\'Journey to Joke-a-lot\'\', I would have only seen them from time to time in their own movies (which, as a matter of fact, are rarely shown anymore on cable).
And were it not for a few fan sites that I discovered at the beginning of 2005, it would never have occured to me that I\'d be watching some of those episodes right now! Not to mention trailers for all of th]]>
Whoo! After a week and a half of college examinations, I have finally come to type my monthly introduction today, December 17th 2004. It\'s only a week and a day before Christmas arrives (at the time I\'m typing this, of course), and I\'m looking forward to a lot of things before then. Here is the list of things to do during the holidays:

- Buy myself a brand-new Bible (any version will do)
- Reflect on my past behaviour and habits this past year (my New Year\'s resolution had better work--no telling!)
- Take time to study my books more
